Menus
The
staff of Pollywogg Holler takes great pride in presenting an excellent
meal using timeless non-electric cooking methods. You may observe your
meal prepared "old world style" - cooked with just the right hint of wood
smoke flavor in the wood-fired Navajo brick oven.
All entrees are accompanied by fresh, organic, garden
salad and garlic bread or rolls. Following dinner, a baked apple dessert
is served. Dinners are served at 6pm (unless you prefer other arrangements)
and breakfast begins at 9am.

Portabella Mushrooms on a bed of Wild Rice pilaf capped with flame
Roasted Red Peppers.
Log Cabin Vegetarian Lasagna with Parmesan,
Mozzarella and cottage cheese layered with spinach.
Cornish Hen stuffed with wild rice pilaf
and spices.
Prime Char Broiled Porter House Unequaled...
with all the trimmings.
Wood-fired Oven Pizza ( for groups of 10 or more people only) custom made just to
your liking with choices of Mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, red & green
peppers, onions and garlic.
Breakfast
Continental Breakfast Eggs, toast, tea, bacon, Danish, or fresh fruit .
Barb's Oatmeal a delicious family recipe reminiscent of apple pie.
Buffet Style Breakfast for groups of ten or
more; free-range chicken eggs, homemade bacon and sausage, tea, Danish,
or fresh fruit.
