We serve Old World-style pizza hand made with fresh toppings including Bill's Golden Garlic Sauce* every Sunday from 1pm to 6pm, , and Wednesday from 5pm to 9pm.

The last Sunday of every month is Super Solar Sunny Sunday. We will be featuring solar powered festivities with seasonal themes of Mountain Biking, X-Country Skiing, Garlic Festival, Winterfest, Fall Foliage, Harvest Moon, Halloween, Valentines Day and more.

* Bill's Golden Garlic Sauce
3 cups organically grown garlic
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 cup organically grown parsley, chopped
1/3 cup lime juice, freshly squeezed

Place all ingredients in a blender or food mill and chop (do not puree). Divide the minced ingredients into three ZipLock sandwich bags. Flatten the bags and freeze immediately. Use and enjoy as needed.
